Balsamic Tomato Skewers with Fresh Basil and Mozzarella

Makes: about 2 dozen appetizer skewers


12 fresh marinated mozzarella bocconcini, cut in half

2 cups grape tomatoes

1 large bunch fresh basil

Balsamic reduction/syrup

Wooden skewers


Separate and stem the basil leaves.

Place on each skewer: mozzarella, a grape tomato, and basil leaf. Repeat this sequence as many times as needed.

Drizzle with balsamic reduction.

Serve at room temperature with additional balsamic alongside.
